3. Please make sure the return of goods must be unused, unmodified, with tags and packaging. Accessories must be returned together.

5. Although we test each item and they are packed professionally, few items (less than 0.1%) might be damaged during the shipping. You are welcome to contact us within 2 days after you receive your package about the return and exchange. 6. The refund will be issued within 5 business days from the date of the receipt of the returning package. The exchange package will be shipped out within 5 business days from the date of the receipt of the returning package.
